AS A JUNIOR ... Morrow ran in five of the Saints' seven meets in 2012 ... raced to his personal best 8k time (31:46) in Gordon College's Pop Crowell Invitational on September 29th ... ran his best 5k time (19:57) at Roger Williams University's Invitational on September 8th ... competed as a distance runner on the Emmanuel Indoor Track & Field Team in the winter of 2012-13 ... earned the Track Team's "Academic Achievement Award" at the 2013 Emmanuel Athletic Awards Night on April 27th ... ran the 1000m and the Mile events for the Saints.

AS A FRESHMAN / SOPHOMORE ... Morrow did not participate in varsity athletics, but played on Emmanuel's Club Men's Lacrosse Team.

BEFORE EMMANUEL ... Morrow was a two-sport athlete at Marianapolis High School (Thompson, Conn.) ... played four years of soccer and lacrosse ... captained his high school lacrosse team ... was an avid skiier.
