AS A JUNIOR ...  Bruno was a consistent top-five finisher for the Saints throughout the year ... ran his personal best 8k race (28:36) on September 29th at Gordon College's Pop Crowell Invitational ... placed 1st for Emmanuel and 9th overall at the GNAC Championship at Rivier College on October 27th, earning GNAC All-Conference honors with his time of 27:30 ... led the Saints to a 2nd place team finish in the conference ... raced in all 7 meets in 2012, including the NCAA Regionals, where he was Emmanuel's top finisher ... made history for the Saints in the spring outdoor track season, when he became just the fourth All-American in the history of the Emmanuel College Athletic Department and the first-ever track & field All-American ... raced to a 6th place finish in the 400mH at the NCAA Track & Field Championships with a time of 52.43 ... set the indoor track program record in the 600 meters ... was named All-ECAC in the 500 meters (1st place finish - ECAC Champion) ... earned All-New England in the 600 meters (3rd place finish at Division III New Englands) ... became Emmanuel’s first Outdoor Track New England Division III Champion ... All-New England in the 400mH (1st place finish at Division III New Englands) ... set the Emmanuel program record in the 400mH (51.87) ... set the Division III New England Championship meet record in the 400mH ... was named the Emmanuel Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track Team MVP for the 2012-13 seasons.

AS A SOPHOMORE ... Bruno raced in six meets for the Saints, posting sub 30 minute times in all of the 8K races on the year including a 28:37 time in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference championship held at Franklin Park on October 29th...had huge seasons on the track during the winter and spring seasons for the Saints...achieved All-New England status in the 600m with his 7th place finish at the New England Indoor Championships...named All-ECAC after his 2nd place finish in the 500m at the ECAC Indoor Championships...named All-New England in Outdoor Track & Field in the 400m and 4x400m relay...named All-ECAC for his 4th place Outdoor finish in the 400mH...helped the 4x800m relay team to an All-ECAC 7th place finish.

AS A FRESHMAN ... Bruno raced in seven meets during rookie season for the Saints ... Made collegiate debut on September 4 at The Fens Dual Meet, posting a personal best for a 5K race clocking in at 17:41.30 for a seventh place finish ... Recorded another personal best on September 11 in an 8K event at the Travis Fuller Invitational, finishing the race in 11th place with a time of 27:33 ... On October 2, posted a solid showing in the Pop Crowell Invitational with a time of 29:05, good for a 70th place finish.

BEFORE EMMANUEL ... Bruno played four different sports at Lenox Memorial High School (Lenox, Mass.) ... ran cross country for one year, track for two years, played basketball for four years and golfed for three years ... led his cross country team to a Division II Western Mass Championship, placing 12th overall ... placed 2nd in Western Mass in the 400m hurdles during his senior year ... was named All-Berkshire in track.
