AS A JUNIOR … Ran in seven meets for the Saints … Opened the year with a personal best time in a 5K race, running the Fens Classic course in a time of 17:19 to help EC to a fourth overall place … Was one of the top five EC finishers on Oct. 10 at the Runnin’ Monks Invitational at Saint Joseph’s (ME) with a time of 29:45 on the 8K course to help the Saints win the meet … Clocked a time of 29:37 during the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Championship meet, helping Emmanuel capture the program’s first-ever male Championship … Ran a personal best of 28:28 at the NCAA Regional race on Nov. 16 at the University of Southern Maine …Named to the GNAC Academic All-Conference team … Honored as the Men’s Cross Country ‘Unsung Hero’ for the 2013 campaign.

AS A SOPHOMORE ... Connelly completed his second year as a three-sport athlete at Emmanuel ... raced in all seven of the Saints' Cross Country meets ... clocked his season best 5k time (18:17) on September 8th at the Roger Williams Hawks Invitational ... recorded his personal best 8k time (29:00) in the final meet of the season, when he placed 3rd for Emmanuel in the NCAA Regional meet on November 9th ... named GNAC Academic All-Conference ... received the "Academic Achievement Award" for the Cross Country Team at Emmanuel's Athletic Awards Night on April 27th ... ran distance events for both the Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams during the winter and spring seasons.

AS A FRESHMAN ... Connelly enjoyed a standout rookie campaign for the Saints, racing in all six events while also being named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week on two seperate occasions ... Finished sixth overall at the Massachussetts Maritime Academy's Lt. Travis Fuller Invitational with a time of 28:25 in the 5-mile race ... Ran distance events for the Saints Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Teams.
