Bio

Paul Needham joined the Emmanuel Athletic Staff in the Fall of 2012 as an Assistant Coach for the Saints Softball Team.  Coach Needham brings with him a wealth of coaching experience, having served at the helm of numerous collegiate, high school and club softball programs.

Most recently, Needham coached the Northeastern University Club Softball Team to an 11-5 record in 2012.  Coach Needham also has collegiate coaching experience at Regis College, UMass Boston, Brandeis University, MIT and Mass Bay Community College.

Prior to Needham’s stint at Northeastern, he was the Assistant Varsity Coach at Cohasset High School, where he helped the team win a South Sectional Championship and earn a 20-4 overall record

Needham earned his Bachelor of Science at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, his Masters Degree in Business Administration at Boston College and his J.D. at Suffolk University.

Coach Needham resides in Hanover, Mass.
