O’DONNELL & COLE EARN GNAC ALL-CONFERENCE HONORS

BOSTON, Mass. – Senior forward Colin O’Donnell (Killingworth, Conn.) and sophomore midfielder Travis Cole (Beckley, W.Va.) have been named to the 2016 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer All-Conference team, it was announced by the conference office Monday morning. O’Donnell was tabbed to the Second Team while Cole earns Third Team honors.

MEN'S SOCCER BOWS OUT OF GNAC TOURNEY TO JWU, 3-0

PROVIDENCE, RI – Defense has led the Johnson & Wales University men’s soccer team to the last three GNAC Tournament championships. That formula has remained the same this year as the Wildcats started their quest for their fourth-straight crown with a 3-0 win over Emmanuel on Saturday.

MEN'S SOCCER READY TO TAKE ON JWU IN GNAC QUARTERS

BOSTON, Mass. – The Emmanuel College men's soccer team will travel to Providence, R.I. to take on Johnson & Wales University in the 2016 Great Northeast Athletic Conference Quarterfinals this Saturday, October 29 with kickoff scheduled for 1:00 PM. The Saints earn the No. 6 seed in the eight-team field while the Wildcats boast the No. 3 seed, seeking the programs fourth consecutive GNAC title.

BOSTON, Mass. – Emmanuel College junior midfielder Cameron Messier (Belchertown, Mass.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Corvias Men's Soccer Player of the Week, it was announced by the conference office earlier this afternoon.

PROVIDENCE, RI – It's been more than a month since the Johnson & Wales University men's soccer team has given up more than two goals. The Wildcats pitched their sixth shutout of the year, and third in the last four games, as they downed Emmanuel College, 1-0 on Wednesday afternoon.

FERRARINI NAMED GNAC GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK

BOSTON, Mass. - Men's Soccer freshman goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrarini (Hanover, Mass.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week, it was announced by the conference office yesterday morning. The honor marks the first time of the keeper's career that he's been recognized by the conference.

STRONG SECOND HALF POWERS MEN’S SOCCER OVER RIVIER ON SENIOR DAY, 2-0

BOSTON, Mass. – Sophomores Travis Cole (Beckley, W.V.) and Alex DeSaulnier (Wilbraham, Mass.) scored second half goals to power the Emmanuel College men’s soccer team over Rivier University, 2-0, Saturday afternoon at Roberto Clemente Field in Great Northeast Athletic Conference action. The win gets the Saints back to .500 on the year at 7-7-2 overall and 3-3-1 in GNAC play while the loss drops the Raiders to 7-6-1 and 3-3-1.

MAURER BOOSTS MEN’S SOCCER OVER LESLEY, 2-0

BOSTON, Mass. – Senior Jordan Maurer (Florence, Mass.) scored one goal and assisted on another to Emmanuel College past Lesley University, 2-0, Wednesday evening in non-conference Men’s Soccer action at Roberto Clemente Field. The Saints improve to 6-7-2 overall while the loss drops the Lynx to 2-10-1 on the year.

BOSTON, Mass. – Emmanuel College senior forward Colin O”Donnell (Killingworth, Conn.) has been named the Corvias Great Northeast Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer Player of the Week, it was announced Monday afternoon by the conference office. This marks the second time this year O’Donnell has been honored by the conference earning Weekly Honor Roll status back on September 6.

BOSTON, Mass. – The Emmanuel College Men’s Soccer Team improved to 5-1-2 on its home field with a 3-0 shutout of Anna Maria College on Saturday afternoon at Roberto Clemente Field. With the victory, Emmanuel now stands at 5-6-2 on the season and 2-2-1 in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action. The loss dropped the visiting AMCats to 2-8-1 overall and 1-3-1 in league play.

BOSTON, Mass. - The Emmanuel College Men’s Soccer Team rattled off three consecutive goals to come from behind and knock off Lasell College, 3-1, in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) action played under the lights on Roberto Clemente Field on Thursday night. The Saints improved to 4-6-2 overall and 1-2-1 GNAC with the victory, while the Lasers dropped to 1-10 on the season and 0-5 in league play with the loss.

MEN'S SOCCER SETTLES FOR 1-1 TIE VS PINE MANOR

BOSTON, Mass. – The Emmanuel College men’s soccer team wasted a first half lead and settled for a 1-1 (2OT) draw against visiting Pine Manor College Thursday evening in non-conference action at Roberto Clemente Field. The Saints now stand at 3-5-2 on the year while the loss moves the Gators to 1-5-1 overall.
