Senior Spotlight Series - Connor Prangley - Men's Lacrosse
With the sudden end to the 2020 spring seasons due to the CoVID19 epidemic, the Emmanuel College Athletic Department wanted to take a moment to recognize members of the class of 2020 during the final semester of their senior season at Emmanuel College. The Senior Spotlight Series was a chance for our community as Saints to give each of these individuals the notoriety and recognition they all deserve while getting a little behind the scenes glimpse into their lives outside the uniform.

Participation in this series was optional and we're grateful to have heard from so many wonderful representatives from our senior class. While their careers at Emmanuel may be coming to a close, their lives as Saints are just beginning.
Let's meet today's featured student-athlete!

SSS Q&A
1) What was your favorite memory related to your lacrosse experience?
Any Spring Break trip, being around my best friends 24/7 for a week straight.
2) Favorite pre-game playlist song?
I Love by Joyner Lucas
3) Proudest athletic accomplishment/achievement at Emmanuel?
Being selected to an GNAC All-Conference team my Junior year.
4) What game/opponent did you always look forward to every season?
I looked forward to playing St. Joseph's College (ME) every year. We always had hard fought battles.
5) Other than your own sport/team, what was your favorite EC athletic program to support and why?
Women's basketball, always fun to watch them dominate and cheer them on in the gym.
6) One thing you'll miss the most about being on the lacrosse team at EC?
Absolutely getting to hang out with my best friends every single day.
7) Tell us something most people probably don't know about you that relates to your sport.
I did not want to play in college until junior year of high school. Although I was going to recruiting tournaments and playing travel year round since eighth grade, I was doing it because I loved lacrosse but never felt the need to extend my career until I started playing as a defenseman junior year.
8) Give one shout out/thank you to someone who impacted your EC Athletic experience.
I want to thank my high school coach, Coach Cameron. He taught me everything I know about the game and instilled the passion that I have in me today. Without his coaching, I probably would not be here today.
9) What are your post-grad plans?
I hope to become a police officer within the next few years.
10) Give some advice or words of wisdom to future Saints.
Play every day like it is your last, as cliché as it is. And take full advantage of being in the greatest city in America.
Thank you, Connor for your commiment and dedication to Emmanuel College Athletics and the Men's Lacrosse program! Check back in every Tuesday and Thursday for more content from the Senior Spotlight Series!
