Tallo Named GNAC Indoor Track & Field Rookie of the Week for Second Time
BOSTON, Mass. – First year thrower Teague Tallo (Lincoln, R.I.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Women's Indoor Track & Field Rookie of the Week for the second time this season, it was announced on Monday afternoon by the conference office. This marks the second time of their career to earn the honor, also earning the recognition on January 13.

EC sophomores Kennedy Davignon (Woodstock, Conn.) and Amanda Jordan (Stoneham, Mass.) were also on this week's conference report, both earning GNAC Weekly Honor Roll accolades.
Tallo enjoyed an impressive showing in the throwing events for Emmanuel at the University of Southern Maine Invitational, finishing ninth overall in the weight throw with a toss of 12.33m and 17th in the shot put with a throw of 9.59m, both new personal records.
The Rhode Island native has competed in four meets in the early goings of their career, improving every week, and returns to action with the Saints this coming weekend at the Branwen Smith-King Invitational hosted by Tufts University at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston, Mass. on both Friday (1/31) and Saturday (2/1).
