AS A FRESHMAN...

• 1 MILE RUN
  • Finished 26th (4:47.21) at the Tufts Invitational on 1/14
  • Finished 6th (4:45.03) at the University of Southern Maine Open on 1/28
• 3000M RUN 
  • Finished 13th (9:23.25) at the Carisella Invitational 12/10
  • Finished 15th (9:27.06) at the Pioneer Invitational 1/21
  • Finished 11th (9:23.25) at the Wesleyan Invitational 2/4

BEFORE EMMANUEL...

• Carty ran for the cross country and track & field teams at Fryeburg Academy (Sweden, Maine) for four years
• Also competed on the Nordic Skiing team
• Was the cross country captain for one season, a track & field captain for a season, and the nordic skiing captain for two seasons
• Named to the All-Conference Cross Country team and Nordic Skiing team in his junior and senior years
