The Baruch College Men's Volleyball Invitational will feature six ranked teams as some of the best Division III players in the country will descend upon the ARC Arena for two competitive days in the heart of New York City.

No. 2 ranked Rivier, No. 5 ranked Nazareth, the hosts No. 7 Baruch, No. 10 Elmira, No. 12 Stevens Institute Technology and No.14 Stevenson are the nationally-recognized teams.

Kean University, which started the season ranked, and Emmanuel round out the field for a volleyball event that features free admission.

The Baruch invitational is no stranger to high-level volleyball as last year's event featured eight ranked teams.

The athletic department strives to produce the best weekend volleyball event and attracts top teams looking to play in the Big Apple in front of alumni, family, friends and potential recruits from the five boroughs, Long Island and New Jersey.

The invitational will start on Friday at 4:00 pm with Elmira and Rivier. The rest of the evening will feature two matches running side-by-side with the hosts Bearcats playing Elmira at 6:00 pm and Emmanuel at 8:00 pm.
