Bio

Katie Boswell joined the Emmanuel Athletic Staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in the summer of 2010. She is one of the Saints' three full-time athletic trainers.  Boswell earned a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training from Duquesne University in 2007 and a Master's Degree in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania in 2009.

Prior to joining the Emmanuel staff, Boswell was the Head Athletic Trainer at Holliston High School in Holliston, Mass. While at Holliston, Boswell was responsible for the athletic training coverage for 22 varsity athletic teams.  Boswell's other athletic training experience includes three seasons (2005, 2006, 2007) with the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, a Cleveland Indians Short A Team, a season with the University of Pittsburgh Softball Team (2008) and two seasons (2012 and 2013) with the Nashua Silver Kings of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League.

Boswell's volunteers during the summers at Challenge Unlimited at Ironstone Farms, providing therapeutic riding programs to individuals with disabilities.  She is originally from Columbiana, Ohio and currently resides in Pelham, N.H. with her husband Jon and sons Cole & Chase.
