Bio

Coach Apold joined the Emmanuel athletic staff in the summer of 2013 as an Assistant Coach for the Saints Women's Volleyball program.  Apold received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Keene State College in 2010.  She earned her Master's Degree in Sports Management from Northeastern University in 2013.

A Dean's List student at Keene State, Apold was also a right-side hitter and middle blocker for the Owls Women's Volleyball Team. She helped the squad to an NCAA appearance in 2008.

Apold was a junior olympic volleyball coach in 2010 and 2011, serving as the 18 and under coach for the MI Volleyball Club.  While pursuing her Master's Degree at Northeastern, Apold also held an internship in the Sports Information Office at neighboring Simmons College.

Coach Apold is currently employed full-time by Tufts Health Plan, where she works as a sales and customer service administrator.  Apold resides in Boston, Mass.
