• Played four years of soccer and one year of track & field at Westwood High.
• Won the Leadership Award for his soccer team as a senior. Named a Tri-Valley League Soccer All-Star Honorable Mention and named to the TVL Outdoor Track Sportsmanship Team.
• Played one season of NCAA Soccer at Anna Maria College.
