INDOOR TRACK CLOSES OUT REGULAR SEASON AT KELLY INVITE

THE LEAD: Junior sprinter Cameron Atherton (Rowley, Mass.) led the way for the indoor track and field teams, breaking the Emmanuel College school record in the 60 meter dash on Saturday, February 9th at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Kelly Invite.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Atherton finished in sixth place in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.25 seconds, beating the previous record of the EC men's indoor track team, and also finished in 15th place in the 200 meter dash with a time of 25.03.
- The men's team was rounded out by sophomore athlete Aidan Sitler's (Wethersfield, Conn.) personal record in the men's triple jump with an eight place finish with a distance of 11.42 meters.
- On the women's side, Haley Boisvert (Merrimack, N.H.) finished in sixth place in the 400 meter dash with a personal record time of 1:06.61, and Lauren Sterling (Rumford, Mass.) finished in 13th place in the 60 meter dash with a personal record time of 8.75.
- In the field events, Shannon Donahue (Manchester, N.H.) and Amie Knowles (Seabrook, N.H.) both finished the day with a new personal record in the weight throw with a 9.5 meters for Donahue and 7.95 meters for Knowles.
